“This property worked well for our purpose which was to have access to the lake for kayaking and paddle boarding. It’s not the best location for pure swimming but that’s not what we were after. “This is the cutest property! Nicely secluded yet easy enough access to hwy 49. We loved sitting outside enjoying all the birds and critters. First time some have ever seen a Roadrunner and we saw two. Exceptionally clean and well stocked. Everything you need for the perfect getaway!”

“I saw this home on Instagram about a year ago and finally had the chance to come to Arkansas! The home is super cute, just as pictured. It’s within a drivable distance for a day in Eureka Springs, which was so fun! DoorDash/UberEats options are pretty decent for being in a more remote area. We saw a few deer, squirrels, turtles and birds from the expansive patio. The only minor issue we ran into were the telescopes were hard to work, they just felt pretty loose from a lot of wear and tear but……
