“This house was exactly what we needed while we were in town with our friends and dogs. The property was really clean, well stocked, and super close to everything. We appreciated the quality of linens, cooking utensils, and small details that made our stay perfect. The host was also very easy to get in touch with and checked in often. Yes, there’s a train behind the house, but it wasn’t a bother because it’s a no horn zone. The neighborhood is transitional, but we saw many of the neighbors and……

“The layout of the rooms was perfect for our group. The amenities were superior. Fun was had by all! The host left us a welcome with cookies and a celebration banner. We could not have imagined a better setting for our granddaughter’s graduation celebration. ”

“Clean, modern, spacious and really close to TXSU. Pool was very nice. All the amenities you’d need, even pool towels. We had a great time. Everyone had a bed and there was lots of room. Checking in was easy and communication went great too. We loved this house and will definitely stay here again if it’s available next time!”

“Needed a place for our sons’ Groomsmen that would provide space, provide activities (all outdoorsy type) and location (Rehearsal Dinner in New Braunfels, Wedding in San Marcos) and this property checked all the boxes! Waterfront (they caught several fish off the dock) with super dock, pool, chill area outside including standing fire pit, plenty of space for “corn hole”. Everyone had the room needed inside the house and were well pleased staying there . . . Great place!”
