“Nice property in a great location. However if you have any mobility issues be aware that the rooms are upstairs with no elevator. ”

“Great stay. A friendly and service oriented owner and staff. A cozy 11 unit hotel with a nice pool. It’s not luxury but it’s a clean and comfortable hotel. Very nice breakfast. Not huge variety b/c it’s a small hotel but the quality is fine. Short walk to the main beach in Nazaré. About a 40 minute walk over to north beach and the big wave surf museum in the old fort. A short drive to north beach if you don’t want to walk the stairs. The funicular was not running in September 2025 but that’s……

“When the gate opened to go into the property our jaws dropped. GORGEOUS VIEW!!! Can’t describe with words. “L’emplacement est en dehors des circuits touristiques habituels, ce qui apporte beaucoup de calme et d’authenticité. Le lieu est particulièrement bien entretenu et nous avons bénéficié d’un service hors pair grâce à Diana, toujours attentionnée. Nous avions la chambre avec la terrasse sur le toit de laquelle nous pouvions voir l’océan.”

“Oceane îs a beautiful property. The owners are an absolute delight. The property is clean and comfortable. The property has easy parking and is a convenient and quick walk to Nazare. If we are ever in Nazare again, we would be lucky to stay at Oceane again!”

“Fabian and Selina were exceptional hosts. Their property and rooms are perfect for a Lisbon countryside experience, with a great view and fruit trees. You couldn't ask for a nicer breakfast. When we stayed, they had a pig and some goats that totally added extra joy to our time there. We would definitely stay at Casa Das Margaritas again. ”
