“La camera in dormitorio che costa 2000rupees, me lo hanno fatto pagare 5000 a notte solo perché avevo prenotato con un app al di fuori dall'India. Hotel situato in un luogo comodissimo e centrale peccato i prezzi, a causa del kumbh mela i prezzi stanno alle stelle e loro se ne approfittano di questa situazione. Comunque alla fine ho ricevuto il letto, e un bagno che alla fine va bene. Non posso pretendere di più. Solo alla fine quando stavo facendo il checkout e perché c'era il proprietario……

“The room was pretty decent and clean, But the bathrooms have to be kept a little more cleaner.. When people talk in the living area, it was very audible.. which can be reduced. Decent staff, provided food based on what we ask which was good and tasteful. location is convenient, albeit a bit far from Sangam, but overall a good place to stay”

“ They do not have enough mineral water for drinking and despite of paying they are not stocking. They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. These people were sleeping on couches in front desk where customers and their guests sit during day time. They just care for their comfort and not customer’s . I think better idea is to include price of drinking water per……

“Stayed here for 2 nights during Mahakumb and this hotel is fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable with the added bonus of netflix. During our stay we encountered many minor issues, like wifi connectivity, Ac not working and flies in the room however every member of staff at the hotel, especially Navya at the front desk and Sandeep went above and beyond to resolve our issues quickly and did so each and every time. Excellent service during such a busy time for the city and the hotel. Thank……
