“The hosts were incredible and the breakfast was amazing! We loved sitting with the guests each morning at a family style table. We stayed in one of the cabins and it was lovely. AC worked great. A small tv and free WiFi . My only critique is the The bed was very very loud and creaky and definitely needs to be replaced but other than that, it was a lovely stay!”

“Very nice property. As everything was keyless entry, I never met the owners. Breakfast was at their little shop a few minutes walk from the inn. They provided a voucher for breakfast each day to be presented at the shop. Excellent fresh bagel sandwiches.”

“We had difficulty finding the place but after that things were fine. I think the host was annoyed that we were running late getting there but I was requested to let her know when we were 15 minutes out which I did - unfortunately we had to drive around for about an extra 5 - 10 minutes because we couldn't locate the place. “Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well.
