“The front desk service is really nice ”

“I booked the room for my elderly aunt. She was treated like royalty by this amazing staff! We ended up in separate hotels and I was nervous about her being alone, but she could only rave and praise the hotel and the staff. We've stayed there in the past and they recently renovated their rooms. It was gorgeous! ”

“The room I booked wasn't available because it sustained property damage from a previous renter. The host reached out and asked if I would be willing to stay in a different room and gave me a 40 refund because it was smaller. I never saw the original room but it seemed a lot smaller. No kitchen, no lounge chairs. It felt like a Motel 6. And it shared a wall with a family with a child. I have a sound sensitive dog so I reached out to the host because I couldn't bring my dog inside. She was……
