“We had a great two-night stay at the Schoolhouse. The house was clean, in walking distance to downtown Walla Walla, and well appointed. It was one of the best vacation rentals at which we have ever stayed. Every little detail was thought of, from fresh coffee beans and grinder, washer and dryer, to plush towels, robes, and slippers, as well as great toiletries and a clean grill. “This house is very nicely furnished with a great design sense. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom had everything needed for our stay. We would stay there again. We had a little glitch with the thermostat settings, but the proprietor was super responsive and corrected the problem immediately. The location has its pros and cons. Being across the street from Pioneer Park was a big positive for us since we brought our dog and the park was great for walks. But street noise was……

For us the most memorable things about this wonderful place was the warm inviting older character of the house design combined with the great updates! There are two full kitchens to support a feast for a large group and two full laundry facilities so there is no waiting to wash your cloths. “Fantastic house, the kids and adults loved the pool and great outdoor area with enough loungers and chairs for our party of 7. The hot tub was theraputic after a long drive from Seattle. Gas grill on the patio so cooking supper while the sun went down was a pleasure. We enjoyed the house so much it seemed like a chore to leave to go wine tasting! We will definitely be back.
