“We came up from Il to see our daughter. She currently lives in a studio apartment, so we weren't able to stay with her. This rental has everything to make a comfortable stay. She provided coffee, which we forgot to bring and so that was nice. She offered recomendations which were all good. It was a nice neighborhood minitues from the highway. The fenced backyard was such a bonus. It was clean and felt very safe. We've had some unfortunate rentals in MSP and so this felt like a perfect find! We……

“Kids LOVED the games downstairs! The house was clean, spacious and offered a bunch of space to play. Two beds are memory foam which I don’t care for, but others during the stay loved. Sheets were super soft and bedding was great. Thanks!! ”

“This house was perfect for my 3 sisters and myself. We all had our own bed. All beds were comfortable and had very nice linens and comforters. House was clean and cozy....GREAT Space! Liked the bathroom towels and there was plenty of them. We were provided with both types of coffee makers, which is very rare. And there was filtered water, so we did not go through many bottles of water, we were able to refill.Great location....everywhere we went was within 2 miles.Definitely a place we all……

“Good view, close to downtown, lots of stuff to do nearby, clean, great host”

“Host was incredible. Stayed in contact with our needs. And well stocked on everything. I checked on firewood and was thinkin about doin a fire next day and asked if there was an extra stash because there was only 1-2 pieces left and the next morning we had a front door with 2 bags full of firewood . But that’s the kind of host he was. Very responsive and professional! Great and beautiful house with more rooms than we needed but was great to have all the space! Hot tub was clean……

“This home was billed as a new listing. The communication with the property owner wasn't very good. I had to reach out to him to get the door code. There is absolutely no grass in the back yard. It's completely black dirt. The front steps were completely full of leaves. There was garbage all over in the front yard. The kitchen floor had stick down vinyl that was coming up every where. There were barely any silverware and dishes in the kitchen. There weren't any instructions anywhere in the house……
