“My visiting family loved their weekend stay in this home to attend a party in Callicoon across the river. The big kitchen island/dining table, big deck, cozy living room, 4 bedrooms and nice bathrooms were the perfect fit. And to top it off of course the river right in the big back yard! Thanks Stacey Cruz for making their stay a breeze!”

“My main reason for choosing to stay here was proximity to Elk Mountain. The fact that it was pet-friendly and completely cozy was a mega bonus! The house has all the comforts of 'home'. Everything you need to prepare a full meal was in the kitchen. Extra blankets for those chilly evenings when want to be extra comfy, along with extra linens if needed. Convenience of a washer/dryer is a plus for extended stays. The community, albeit older, is updating its facilities. The new clubhouse is great……

“Quiet neighborhood with excellent views of Elk mountain. We could walk dogs approximately 1/2 mile loop around the lake. The house is very clean with comfortable furnishings and we enjoyed a wood stove fire that was perfect after a day on the slopes. I would love to enjoy the wrap around porch and fire pit in the summer months sometime in the future. Host is extremely responsive and we felt welcomed”

“Scott & Ann were both super communicative. All pictures matched the property, and our stay was perfect. With the snow over the weekend, Scott was nice enough to plow the driveway for us on the Sunday morning. Everything was great! We used the firepit, the sleds, the pool table. Only downside is no cell coverage in the area, but WiFi was enough for us! They had Roku, lots of games, and plenty of space to accommodate my group of 22 people. We never felt like we were on top of eachother, which was……
