“Hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. Service was excellent. Front desk employee ,Paul, was amazing, friendly and beyond helpful. There are lots of restaurants & shopping closeby. The Lionel Brasserie in the hotel was overpriced for the quality of meals...eat elsewhere. Pool and gym were adequate. Transportation by bus/ train to Ottawa was easy to use . Bus station is beside the hotel. I would definitely return !”

I felt sick over the weekend and the staff brought ice to my room at 3 AM within minutes. The balcony option was amazing. The cleanliness was on point and the bed was so comfortable.”
