“While your staff was incredibly nice, the service was not what may be expected from a hotel of this caliber. We had countless issues with in-room dining and house keeping services. “This was booked in an emergency situation--It is a BEAUTIFUL hotel, staff are amazing and accommodating. The only bad thing, and to me it s a pretty big one---got to the room and upon entry the overwhelming smell of amonia---it smelled like cat pee. Now I know that is not likely, but the smell was so bad....only IN the room. I would stay here again, but DEF would want to see my room first. ”
