“Accommodations were fine. The TV was non-functional and required maintenance personnel to come in and rectify. The Front desk did however offer to immediately change our room as a result of the maintenance personnel schedule / unavailability. The bartender was inexperienced and created drinks that were less than satisfying. However, the service itself was exemplary. We all need to learn somewhere so not a big deal. The clean folks were very courteous and professional. One future checkout……

“Room was incredibly clean and more spacious than we realized when we booked the stay. There was a coffee pot, microwave, toaster and FULL SIZE fridge in the room. There also were MORE than enough outlets to charge all of our devices. Staff at the front desk were not only friendly, but were also very fast and efficient during both check in and check out. “Overall we had a very nice stay. The room was very clean and well maintained. Quiet area close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty good. Comfy bed, but terrible, flat pillows. Pool looked nice, but you could smell the chlorine from the outside of the room and it was very overwhelming when we went in the room so we skipped it. We would stay here again. It’s a good location for visiting Nashville and the surrounding areas. ”

“We had misbooked a previous hotel so we had to continue another four hours on our trip. We were going on 30 hours of no sleep and when we called, reception immediately changed our reservation to allow us to check in early. The two women in reception were absolutely wonderful, greeted us with so much kindness and hospitality. It made a world of difference to us. ”

“The hotel was nice and clean. Very affordable. The rooms are small. Is ok is you don’t have kids. With small kids it might get too small for them to move around. The area is very nice.
