“We had a wonderful 8-day stay in this home. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We spent hours on the front porch swing as well as the back deck. The house was spotlessly clean and well organized. Our dog enjoyed running in the large fenced yard. Wifi and cable television had excellent reception. The owners were great to work with and very responsive to our comfort and needs. We would love to stay again and will definitely recommend to others who will be visiting……

“Nice property with plenty of room, once you get past the plastic covers on a lot of the furniture. Nothing fancy or elegant, but comfortable for our group of eight women. We liked the midpoint between Nashville and Franklin.We liked that the host provided coffee, milk, and juice,, as well as make up remover wipes, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The farm animals were fun, especially the wake up call from the rooster and a family of wild turkeys. Fun visit! ”

“Absolutely the best rental we’ve ever had (and we’ve stayed in places all across the country)! The sound of the creek, the peace and quiet, and the perfect accommodation gave us just the reset we needed. We enjoyed coffee outside both mornings, watched wildlife, photographed more than a dozen types of mushrooms, walked the beautiful creek and enjoyed long soaks in the jetted tub! We lacked for nothing. We would recommend this place to anyone! ”

“This was a quiet area with great location. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and they even had a crock pot. The dining room table worked out great for family style cooking. The living room was very cozy and all the furniture was comfortable. The outdoor privacy fence was great although back yard is not well kept. “The home is beautiful with very nice artwork, there was a dog smell because of all the carpet in the home, I would suggest the owner put out air fresheners or bring your own. The driveway is steep but manageable! Over all we really enjoyed our stay!!”
