“Great clean place very quiet and I loved the locks for every door very secure. Now I hope I get my incidental deposit of $200, because I only stayed 2 days out of 8 days and only stayed at night. ”

“Mark, the owner, was phenomenal! I had breakfast waiting every morning with fresh baked pastries and breads. The house is quiet and very clean. I will definitely stay again when visiting my daughter. ”

“The room was nice and clean and i felt very comfortable. It was a little warm in the room even after turning it down but no other issues. ”

“It was cozy, plenty of parking, quiet, and safe with codes to get in each door. The directions are e mailed prompty 5 minutes before you can check in. The manager happened to be there when I got there and was nice. He directed me where to park and how to get in. I will stay here again.”

Restaurants and bars were close by, the neighborhood was very walkable, and everyone it seemed was walking a dog, which I loved. Great communication, easy check-in and entrance, and a great neighborhood at a reasonable price makes The Frankford a great bargain. We will definitely stay again when in Philadelphia. ”
