"I recently stayed at Windsor Hotel, which boasts a rich history of over 150 years, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon our arrival with two large pieces of luggage, we were greeted by a male staff member who promptly walked away to the restroom, showing no interest in assisting us. When we were checking out and walking to the door, the bellboy saw us but chose to walk away to assist other guests with their luggage for a ride in a Mercedes-Benz, leaving us to manage on our own. It’s unclear if he had any advantage in doing so. We ended up putting our luggage back in the car ourselves while navigating several stairs at the entrance. While the female receptionist was helpful, the overall attitude of the staff left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the hotel was also concerning; I found a spider web above the bed, and the windows had clearly gone uncleaned for quite some time. It’s disheartening to see such a historic establishment being let down by its current staff. I hope they can address these issues for future guests. "

"Great check in experience even though I arrived an hour earlier than the check in time. The room is ready, quiet and clean. It is just 10 mins walk from Southern Cross station where you can take air bus to the airport. 5 mins walk to tram station which is free to access to CBD ( walk is 20 mins). 15 mins walk to QVM. It is also amazing to have a bottle of wine as a VIP of hotel.com "

"I choose to stay in Brady because it located in alleys, not main roads. I expected it would be a silent place in CBD. However the noise came from the pipes in the toilet every night. Anyway, except for this, Brady is a good hotel to stay, especially you can have a morning run in Carlton Garden nearby. "
