“When we arrived, Geoff greeted us and gave us a tour of his lovely property. The guest room has a large picture window with a bird feeder in front of it. “We hadden hier geboekt voor 2 nachten, na aankomst op JFK airport. Het adres klopte niet, niemand in de buurt had van dit hotel gehoord en toen we probeerden te bellen nam er niemand op. Toen we uiteindelijk na een uur iemand spraken werd ons gezegd dat er geen boeking was(ik had de bevestiging bij me) en werd de telefoon opgehangen. 22.00 in de avond met een gezin met baby, en geen overnachting na een lange vliegreis en autorit, en voor het eerst in de VS.. Echt vreselijk dit allemaal!”

“I think the room and property was clean and quiet. We did have 2 concerns that couls be fixed. Our door looked like it had been kicked in, wirh the door handke and key panel attached with a piece of wood. You can easilt move the door, it was very loose. We did not feel it locked properly. Also, the bedroom window did not seal, so cold air came in qnd the heater was in living room...so bedroom didnt get heat at all. We bought heated blankets fir the stay. I would stay there again.
