“The apartment is small but was nice and clean and good for 3 of us. The kitchen was well equipped with the utensils etc. We were there only for 2 days and so we did not use those though. Property manager was very responsive with communication. Only concern we had was that the house next door has nearly 20 cats and so it becomes very difficult to walk around as the cats are freely roaming. I am allergic to cats and so knowing that ahead of time would have been beneficial. With so many cats around……

“Our family really enjoyed relaxing at this mid-century modern home. It was comfortable and clean, shady and secluded, and had everything we needed. The deck is the perfect spot to watch a glorious sunrise over the lake while sipping morning coffee. The location is convenient to many Miami attractions and the Everglades. Our host was very friendly, quick to respond to our questions, and had some terrific restaurant suggestions. Highly recommend!”

“The property was lovely! Relaxing, quiet neighborhood away from the hustle of the city, but close enough to get to everything. The property manager was very responsive during the whole stay. Amenities were wonderful, bbq by the pool, games, comfortable beds. Lovely retreat! Will definitely be back!”

“This house was the perfect home base for exploring the Everglades, Big Cypress, and Biscayne NP. Ms. Vilma was truly the “hostess with the mostest.” The property was sparkling clean and had everything we could possibly want (and more.) She even baked for us and shared mangoes fresh off the tree. “Girls trip - celebrating more than 40 years of friendship. Great space for the 3 of us. Wonderful location close to shops and restaurants. Lots to do.No hot tub on property - but there is outdoor space to get sun.”

“I was nervous about this rental because we have had really bad experiences in the past with other hosts. But it was really great! The property was perfect for our five kids ages 6 and under. The house was beautiful, and whenever hick-ups arised the host was quick to respond and help us. The hot tub was a little confusing, but we figured it out. I think if the host had a how-to binder with info on common questions, rentals, and good restaurants in the area that would be really helpful. We……

While I'd enthusiastically award a perfect 10 in solidarity, a strictly objective assessment would place it at 8.5-9/10 range. This remains an outstanding rating by any measure!”
