“Condo was nice however, there wasn’t enough towels for everyone and never received checkin or checkout instructions also, I contacted Claudio to get extra towels and he never responded. My family and I had to purchase extra towels otherwise the condo was nice. ”

“The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location is very close to a beautiful beach with calm and warm water for swimming. We enjoyed having a well equipt kitchen to prepare our meals. ”

“Worst communication ever with host/manager, called them multiples times never was able to reach them after couple calls he rejected my call saying " im driving call you back" then after a while called them again, rejected again and said "call you back in 5 minutes" never got a call back. The unit is not great either, all the pilows smelled like smoke seem like they never been washed, ac when turned on smelled like mold in living room. The only thing is good there is location.”

“Honestly had a lot of financial matters to handle in brickell”

“The place is amazing, everything clean, in a very privileged location at Brickell. Anita is such an amazing host, always pending during our stay. A very nice person. Extremely recommended, the building and its amenities are very complete. ”

“We had 2 adults and 2 kids in this unit over Easter weekend and it was wonderful. The condo was well-stocked and it and the pools were clean. The game room was also a hit with the kids. We didn’t have a car, so I can’t comment on the parking situation, but otherwise everything was pretty easy. He owner’s left very clear and helpful instructions. ”

“Great location ”

“We stayed there for 12 days and used the condo as our homebase for visits in and around Miami, to Key West and Naples.A positive surprise was, that the Miami Mover and the Miami Trolley busses (both are free of charge) are both starting in front of the building.That is a very good benefit, since getting around with the car in Miami is not so funny because of the traffic jam and a lot of road work.We thought that the 33rd floor would cost us some time with the elevators, but there are 3……

“Beautiful condo at the Four Seasons hotel - the views are stunning, the condo is well appointed, and you can enjoy all of the amenities of the Four Seasons Hotel (including room service).
