“Beautiful interior. Very thoughtful storage. Kitchen was well-equipped. Lots of good things: easy-to-use app for using garage, water temp, bathroom fan, ample lighting, charging cords, kitchen bar, thermostat worked, vent locations, available board games, comfy beds, soft sheets, fast wifi, etc. One possible negative: no tv in the house.”

“The house is warm and welcoming as soon as you open the door and, WOW what a view. The house is spacious and quiet even being on the main road. The kitchen is well stocked, and has high end appliances, (nice washer and dryer in a closet I would call every woman's dream) The bathroom offers a nice bathtub and shower, (with an abundance of plush bath towels) and the beds are cozy and comfortable. The house is well located to local activities such as sport complex, casino, and beautiful downtown……

“This house fit our group wonderfully. Plenty of beds and sitting spaces. It was so nice when some were working remote, someone was studying, someone was watching tv and someone else was reading. Everyone could find a place to be, but we could still all come together to play a game, watch a movie or enjoy dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked most of our meals there. Some reviews complained about the trains, but we're from a railroad family, so we didn't mind and in fact found……

“Very clean, just the two bedrooms upstairs are really small and more like big closets that are not really appropriate for two adults to sleep in (more for kids/teenagers). Nice are, enough parking space”

The outdoor space--porches and dock--were some of the best I've ever seen. The view was outstandingly good. It was an ideal spot to visit the Quad Cities from.”
