“We stayed just for a few nights while visiting family in Bettendorf. We were given detailed instructions on how to use the keyless entry so there were no troubles getting in when we arrived late at night, which was great. House was clean and beautifully furnished. We all slept great. The hot tub was fantastic on a cold winter night, adults and kids enjoyed it. Cole was kind enough to come same day and fix a wiggly shower rod. The sliding door in the kitchen to the deck takes a bit of effort to……

“We were in town for a funeral and needed space for an unknown number of people and a kitchen to cook for the whole funeral. This place was perfect for that and more. Waking up to a wonderful view of the river every morning was an absolute joy.”

So as i was browsing through different places i was mainly looking for something unique, or atleast picture worthy. “With 5 bedrooms (more if you count use of sun porch areas in warmer weather) and 3.5 baths this property is great for family gatherings! There are plenty of seating areas for people to gather or disperse. There is a large dining room that accommodated 8 of us for one meal. The kitchen is large enough for many to pitch in and has all the necessities for cooking and entertaining a crowd. We made all of our meals there! We arrived to find the lights on throughout and music playing—a very warm……

The house was exactly as it appears, clean, decorated well, plenty of sheets/pillows/blankets/towels, a nice updated kitchen which made cooking easy instead of eating out every meal! Garage was clean and easy to pull in and out of which helped keep the snow off the car during our winter stay! The beds were comfortable and the place just really made it easy to feel like you were at a true home away from home! 100% recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back when……
