“My family and some extended family stayed here for a week to go snowboarding, the mountain was only 15 minutes away and the lake is beautiful to stay on in the winter. The host was great, allowed us to enjoy or stay without bothering us too much but ensured we knew they were available if anything was needed. House was clean and plenty of room and amenities. “We were looking for places to stay up near Cascade and Devils head for the weekend and stumbled across this gem. This place was amazing! About a 30 minute drive to Cascade and 50 minute drive to Devils head, making both perfectly manageable. Easy close access to grocery stores as well. The property itself had everything you could ask for in a getaway, cute stream running through, fireplace, charcoal grill, trails and more! Inside the house there was plenty of beds to sleep in, great VHS movie……
