“Very well kept. The hospitality was felt. It is winter so less to do than summer but still a lot to do in the area. Point of the trip was to break the cabin fever. We enjoyed using the hot tub in the cold weather. ”

“Great stay for annual ice fishing trip. Had some water issues with the cold and heat turned off when we arrived, however the owner was very responsive and had everything fixed quickly and made it right. Great stay, trip and property. ”

“Overall — the property had everything we needed. The fishing off the dock was GREAT, as one of us even caught a very large muskee right off of it! I do feel that the place looks a bit worse for wear, or hastily constructed, in a few areas (vinyl peeling off the ceiling of the outside porch, etc.,) but this didn’t affect the overall quality of our stay. My only suggestion would be a larger dining room table. Oh — and the host was SUPER responsive and SUPER helpful. 10/10 on that front!”

Standouts for this property that might not be apparent in the listing include: VERY clear lake with nice sandy bottom and few weeds (even in August), swimming excellent and water pretty warm. “We had a wonderful time staying at this top notch home on the lake. Great location for a weekend trip to Nordic Mountain. Fully stocked kitchen for meal prep and plenty of space for all to sleep comfortably. Owners’ communication was quick and responsive. We highly recommend!”

“This is the 4th year we've stayed here and plan to book again in the future. The house accommodates a large group of friends. With slight rearranging we can eat meals and hang out as a full group of 10 or split into separate smaller groups.Wifi works well, water is warm with no off smells/flavors, a second fridge and freezer gives plenty of space for food and drinks and the hot tub is excellent.Check-in/out couldn't be easier and with multiple questions sent to the property manager I can confirm……

“This is our second time staying at this property to celebrate Christmas with our kids and grandkids. We especially enjoy the large finished basement where are kids can play board games. The hot tub is an added plus for the adults! I would like to point out a couple of maintenance issues that could be addressed for the next family - the dvd player in the first floor living area does not work, the kitchen oven doesn't maintain an even cooking temperature - had to double cook times when using. ……
