Spacious Villa Malina with pool

Villa Malina is a beautiful villa that can accommodate 10 people. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with all cooking utensils, living room. On the second floor there are also two bedrooms, bathroom, equipped kitchen and living room. The whole house is air conditioned, fully covered with wifi and has free available parking for three cars.

The most beautiful part of this house is certainly its yard where there is a large pool with deck chairs available, grill with outdoor furniture and outdoor small kitchen.

Villa Malina is an ideal house for a family or a group of friends who want to spend a nice holiday in a well-equipped house with everything you need.


It is located in Sabunike - small tourist place that is extremely quiet and ideal for a vacation. The most beautiful part of Sabunike is certainly a large sandy beach and clear sea. The beach is located 700 m from the house. Market, bakery, fruit shop, exchange office, restaurant, cafes are located 400 m from the house.

Geräumiges und sehr gut gepflegtes Haus in Strandnähe

Das Haus liegt in einer netten Feriensiedlung (kein Dorf) und man erreicht den schönen Strand in ca.10 Minuten. Es gibt entlang der Küste einen schönen Weg zum Walken oder Laufen und auch andere Sportmöglichkeiten sind in Strandnähe da. Das Haus ist in 2 Apartments aufgeteilt, allerdings ist es sehr schlecht Lärm gedämmt. Wenn oben wer geht, glaubt man es trampelt jemand herum. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass sie manchmal im 3. Apartment im zweiten Stock anwesend sind. Das hat zwar nicht gestört, sollte aber in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Der Pool und die Outdoor Küche sind das absolute Highlight, sowie die Lage in der Nähe von Nin. Alles in allem eine gute Adresse um einen gemütlichen, aktiven Kroatienurlaub zu verbringen.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, la cuisine extérieure et le barbecue au bord de la piscine, nous avons pu vivre dehors toute la semaine. Evelyn de l'agence a été très réactive et agréable et de très bons conseils. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Une adresse à retenir !
