“Found out upon arrival that owners were living there as well, which was not advertised on VRBO. Owners were kind and didnt affect the trip. There was some construction to the deck and seawall during stay, not bothersome, just unexpected. Recommend providing some fisherman friendly items; fish cleaning sink, rod holders mounted to deck, etc. Lakes Marion and Moultrie are in the top 5 for catfishing destinations in the U.S., would bring some vacationers looking to fish. Enjoyed the stay.”

“It was good. The house needed a better cleaning. The refrigerator was not clean. Mouse droppings on the floors. Roaches when you turn the kitchen light on in the mornings ”

“Totally loved this place on the lake. House was clean and totally updated. Screened in porch is huge and totally relaxing to sit there and watch all of the birds and geese and squirrels. Hubby loved being able to put the boat in on the property. Caught lots of fish too! Will definitely be going back. ”
