“This is my second time staying at Tru by Hilton. It is immaculate, well run, and has a very friendly staff. It was actually the more expensive option where I stayed, but worth every penny.”

“The rooms are a little bit run-down. Across the parking lot is a lot of loud, sketchy activity. Staff wanted to charge extra for an early check in. Never again!”

“The front desk just give me a room without cleaning. The tip from last customer still there and the stuff on the bed is in a mess. Garbage can is full. They change a new one for me and definitely delayed my time for sleeping since I had driven for 8 hours from New York there to have a good rest and then to start keeping driving to Florida next morning. By the way, it says $16 for the breakfast on EXPEDIA but they charge me $30 for the breakfast at the front desk later. Everything is in disorder.”
