“We have been staying in Truro for over 30 years. Dave's studio was absolutely one of the best places we've ever found on the Cape. It was exactly what we needed and much better than the photos would suggest. It was very clean, spacious and airy, had a huge closet with lots of hooks, and even had a tub along with the shower. The kitchen was fully equipped and then some. Dave even left us bottles of water and a bottle of wine from Truro Vineyards. Even though the location was across the street……

“Beautiful property! Well maintained. Owner extremely responsive. Owner answered many questions from me leading up to our visit so that we packed only what we needed personally. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, serving dishes as well as plates, glasses etc. Fully stocked with all cleaning products needed for kitchen, bath and laundry. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Loved sitting on the front porch in the morning. Location was awesome for us. Close enough……

“We had a wonderful time staying at the condo! It had everything we needed, was exceptionally clean, had a designated parking space and is located in a quiet part of town but well within a comfortable walking distance of shops and restaurants. The bed and furnishings were super comfortable and a huge bonus: the in-unit washer and dryer! We loved our stay there!”

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
