“Check in would have been easier in the day light- apt is located at the rear of the property. There was some noise from above just a few nights but no worse than a hotel. It was quiet and nice to cook our meals. There could be a few more pots and dishes. For those wanting to ski you are about an hour from Deer Valley and Snow Bird”

“The apartment is extract same as described. It is beautiful and clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Sometimes you can hear people walking upstairs and noise in the street. But that is normal and acceptable. Within 5 mins walking distance, there are a lot of restaurants and shops. The closest grocery store is Smith’s which is around 15mins walking. The property manager is nice and supportive.Email response is quick during our stay.”

“Great, very clean basement apartment. Close to BYU. Close to State Steet. The only negative was lower water pressure in the shower than I'm used to. Despite that, I would 100% stay here again!”
