“We got in around 1 am and were given the wrong code so had to sleep in the wrong unit that hadn’t been cleaned. When I messaged the host they kept telling me that we should be in the correct unit if we used the side door (which we did, but it led to the incorrect unit) even after I explained that we tried the code on both doors and it only worked on the dirty unit door. When I asked to talk to them on the phone to try to explain the situation better they said that they would call later. Someone……
