“Highlight: Die Dame, die das Frühstück macht, hat punkto Freundlichkeit und Servicekultur einen "Extrastern" verdient. So ein tolles Kundenerlebnis haben wir schon lange nicht mehr geniessen dürfen. Lowlight: Bei der Eincheck-Zeit wurde strikt auf 14 Uhr bestanden, obwohl das Hotel weit weg von ausgelastet war.”

“Large rooms, good shower, very clean, comfortable bed, but needs modernising. All furniture very good condition but from 1980s. Locationwise in residential area. Need to get taxis or public transport to main town square for bars and restaurants (too far to walk) as not much in the local area. Only stayed for 2 nights for the football final. Ideal location to walk to football stadium.”

“The beds were very comfortable. The space was very large and accommodated 5 easy. Very clean and breakfast was great (although I’m certain I prepaid and they said I did not). My only issue was they didn’t seem too happy we were staying there. Maybe they don’t like Americans. Idk but we were quiet and polite, yet I felt like we were criminals. ”

“Très bon séjour à Prague. Accueil chaleureux et ce dont nous avions besoin comme confort. Très bon rapport qualité-prix ! Petit déjeuner très bon et dans une atmosphère très tranquille ! Le service de bagages nous a été très utile. Merci ! (Peut être juste ajouter des volets aux rideaux pour permettre de n’avoir aucune lumière la nuit ? )”
