“Es wurde zu sehr mit Bildern getrickst. Beispiel: auf Bildern war ein Sofa und ein Bett abgelichtet. Es war nicht zu erkennen, dass es das Sofa als Bett ist! Das ist eine optische Täuschung die laut EU Verordnung verboten ist. Es kann natürlich sein, dass es in der Beschreibung geschrieben wurde, aber auf Bildern war es nicht deutlich zu erkennen. Aus diesem Grund gibt es einen großen minus Punkt. Bei der Rechnung steht die Kurtaxe drin, aber nicht mehr die Kaution ! Warum? Versteckte……

“I must say that this is the best place I have stayed so far. The place is totally new, everything in the flat has very good quality. The flat itself is huge with an extra bathroom and balcony. They also have close underground parking area. I would definitely stay here again BUT, I had a problem with check-in, had to call them. The place was not ready at my check in time and they made me wait extra 1 hour. In return, they added 2 hours to my check out. But when I called them from my Estonian……

“Eftersom vi bokat i 2 veckor så tycker vi att man inte ska få betala extra och ringa själv om man vill ha nya handdukar och inte ens en fråga om nya lakan. Du bor i mitten av ett stort bostadskomplex långt ifrån allt. När vi frågade om de kunde komma ut med nyckeln eftersom det stod så i beskrivningen så får vi till svar att de inte har tid utan vi får ta taxi långt ut för att kunna hämta nyckel.”
