“Hand soap was very unsanitary and has a lot of flocculent mold inside. Our room was very small. And the shower was so confusing and they didn’t tell us how to use it. Unfortunately no one were there to ask at night when I want to take a shower. It’s unfriendly for English speaker because I can hardly communicate with the staffs. The stairs were so narrow and made it very hard to carry the suitcase upstairs. And this has nothing to do with price, I stayed in another hotel on San Cristóbal island,……

“Good location, quite, clean with a great breakfast. Air conditioning is only in the bedroom so the rest of the suite was hot, but nice.”

“I was worried when I was reading other reviews but it was last minute trip and there weren't many choices, we stayed in 3 different hotels in Gallapagos and this was the best one. There is still some construction going on but it didn't bother us, breakfasts was sufficient, no issues with hot water. Only reason why I didn't rate 5 stars was that toilet wasn't flushed when we checked in which made me question cleaning procedures.”

“Fui recebida no hotel com muita simpatia. Meu quarto era grande com sacada envidraçada, rede, ar condicionado. Cafe da manha com paes e frutas incluso e proximo ao muele onde pode se ouvir os leoes marinhos. O Eduardo é muito simpatico e ajuda em dicas de excursões. Bem pertinho da Playa Mann e da trilha para o Tijeretas.”

“The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal.”
