“I enjoyed my stay here. The room itself is very basic but for the 3 days I was on the island it had everything I needed:hot water to shower, good wifi, filtered water to fill a bottle with and air conditioning. They also have a smart TV in the room which is a nice touch but I was too exhausted every day to ever use it. The other nice bonus was a small coffee/tea station and a microwave in the lobby common space. My tours all left early so it was nice to be able to grab some bread and fruit from……

“Hand soap was very unsanitary and has a lot of flocculent mold inside. Our room was very small. And the shower was so confusing and they didn’t tell us how to use it. Unfortunately no one were there to ask at night when I want to take a shower. It’s unfriendly for English speaker because I can hardly communicate with the staffs. The stairs were so narrow and made it very hard to carry the suitcase upstairs. And this has nothing to do with price, I stayed in another hotel on San Cristóbal island,……

“Fui recebida no hotel com muita simpatia. Meu quarto era grande com sacada envidraçada, rede, ar condicionado. Cafe da manha com paes e frutas incluso e proximo ao muele onde pode se ouvir os leoes marinhos. O Eduardo é muito simpatico e ajuda em dicas de excursões. Bem pertinho da Playa Mann e da trilha para o Tijeretas.”

“Nice hotel that has had a make-over in the past few years. Staff very helpful and accommodations in the rooms very nice. The hallways and areas between main lobby and rooms could use some improvement, given the price, the overall feel of the place is not super luxury. The food in the restaurant was superb. We had the complementary breakfast (which was extraordinary) plus two dinners and a lunch which were all exceptional. The restaurant staff seemed like they were nearly all new to the job……
