“The house was perfect for our small study abroad course (1 professor), 7 students. Everyone had their own bed but all but one student (and the professor) shared a room. The upstairs apartment has its own sitting area and kitchen too. Kitchen was great for breakfast and dinner so not having to eat out every meal saved us . Pool was clean and free Netflix for movies in the evening. The property manager David was super helpful getting activities organized after our course was done. ”

“Casa Pacifica was the destination for a family gathering for members from Florida, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, ages 2 and a half to 74. Hours were spent to gether enjoying the beautiful pool and backyard area. It gave us the opportunity to watch our grandson experience jumping and splashing with his uncles, who enjoyed helping him learn how to "go under". Then there was the wildlife! “We as a family of four spent eight days at the property beginning of August '25 (wet season) and enjoyed every day. The location was great being in the middle of Samara with a simple three-minute walk to the beach. The ice cream parlour across the road was a hit with the girls. You are spoilt for restaurants which can and do cater from breakfast to evening dinner. Accommodation was clean and functional with ample room. “The listing title says it all - and they are right!! Best view of Samara hands down. What an amazing and fun stay we had. Listing is pretty much 100% spot on for what we got when we arrived. Easy walk down to the beach and town. Loved having the boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. If you do come to stay also check out Playa Carillo which is only a 5-10 minute drive past here. GORGEOUS beach with nothing on it but palm trees. We would absolutely stay here again. Also kudos to the security……

“Beautiful house, very spacious with plenty of room for a family of 4. We could have brought several more kids with us! Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beach. Our only very minor issue was the need for warmer linens on the beds. The blankets were thin and we doubled them up and were fine. Vacation Nosara was very communicative and helpful with booking excursions and answering questions. Highly recommend this property! ”
