“Ich war eine Woche mit meinem Partner Ende April / Anfang Mai in dem Hotel. Es hat uns super gefallen, die ganze Anlage war total sauber und auch das Zimmer war in einem Top Zustand. “Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and kept clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was really good with a great selection. The pool is nice but the sun loungers can get bit busy. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the beach and it’s uphill all the way back. Make sure to ask about the bottom entrance to save your legs!”

“The bad bits: Its a shame as I paid extra for a partial sea view. I could only see the sea from the balcony if I stood up and climbed on the wall as we were the 1st floor and the view was blocked by a platform. Also one night was ruined by a bunch of drunk golfing lads next door (of course the hotel isnt to blame). Due to it being an all inclusive resort, youll inevitably meet these kind of people... I found the pool area to be designed in a crowded way. The sun loungers are very close to one……

“All in all we have had a good stay. I’d rather have been in the main hotel area. The section we were in was very badly lit and quite noisey. “The apartment was much better than i thought for a 2*, it was clearly 3*+ The place was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the ambiance relaxing. The check in process was long though and only one staff member one the sink a little blocked. But overall a comfortable 4* experience for the stay.”

“We stayed with a toddler and a baby and the hotel went above and beyond to help us be comfortable and make it a special experience. We normally like to visit other restaurants and do day trips on holiday however there was so much choice and activities for us as a family to do within the resort we ended up staying in and enjoying it the whole time, besides the odd beach walk! Such an easy, luxurious treat for our first family trip. ”
