“Property overall good but could do with some modernisation ”

“Wonderful villa , everything that we could have hoped for , location perfect close to main but peaceful, pool amazing , owner very helpful always available , couldn’t have asked for more apart from more days there as was only a short stay , would love to go back ”

“A fabulous villa to stay at in Tias/Puerto del Carmen with plenty of room for all our family. The location is perfect just up from the main road and peaceful as well. Lovely villa with big-sized rooms together with an amazing swimming pool, pool table and table tennis table which were all used a lot. Instructions were easy to follow and carry out and the host was extremely helpful with any questions we had. A fantastic place overall and would recommend it and the host very highly to anyone……

“Lovely little villa easy walk to promenade, shops, bars , beaches etcLarge terrace great for sunbathing and outside dining.Brilliant little pool (sadly out of use for a few days during our stay) just a few steps away from our door.Plenty of space for the 2 of us and could easily cope with morePleasant relaxing stay and owner called by to check all was well”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Villa is really lovely. Well equipped with everything we needed on our stay. It is very spacious and clean. Excellent TV too with an unlimited range of programs. This is probably our favourite villa we have stayed in but the location was a bit too far out for us - Not the villa’s fault just our preference! My father-in-law is in his 70’s and found the walk down to harbour and strip a bit taxing. We were glad to have a car to help us get around. It was worthwhile……

“Nous avons passé le séjour à 7 adultes et 1 bébé.La villa est très spacieuse avec sons sous sol et ses 5 grandes chambres. Le lit de la chambre parentale est moyennement confortable.La terrasse est bien abritée et nous a permis d’y manger matin / midi / soir malgré pas mal de vent.La piscine est de bonne taille de 1m30 à 1m80.”

“Logement globalement bien équipé et spacieux, le seul reproche à faire c'est qu’il n’y ait pas de wc séparé, ennuyeux car logement fait pour un grand Nombre de locataires.”
