“Cons: Expedia said Spanish/English language. NOBODY at the hotel speaks English. Pool hours close at 9pm. Pool was in operation till 11:00 pm on 3 of 6 nights and quite noisy as a result. Pets not allowed - yet noticed dog poop outside our door twice. After 6 days the room safe still not operational. While the staff was polite and friendly they didn’t seem overly concerned about much. It does not seem to them that they are running a hotel. Stay was OK but we expected much more……
