“At first arrival the property exceeded our expectations and the photos. The owner is extremely helpful and close to assist with recommendations. Everything needed for a comfortable stay including an espresso machine, full kitchen, AC, ceiling fans, pool towels and the private pool. ”

“Great spot. Close to city. Private beach. Amazing staff!”

“Lupe and the cook Juana were wonderful. The meals she prepared were delicious. The pool looking out on the beach was such a fun addition. Great spot for sunrise walks. One day in fact we saw a few guys training horses on the beach right after sunrise. There were a few dolphin off shore. Our group really enjoyed our stay”

“The staff, beach and location were great, however; the house was advertised as a six bedroom and there was only 5 bedrooms. Also, there was no washer. Only a dryer. The refrigerator was broken and leaked water all day. The lack of washer was frustrating because the house towels were never washed, just dried for our continual usage. Our party was comprised of 11 people including 4 kiddos and we basically shared dirty towels our entire stay. Additionally, on our last night we lost power and water……

“The home was very nice with a great view of the beach and ocean. The property contact said the beach is swimable, but it is not, in fact it would be dangerous to swim in this area as the surf is very big. The first night I woke up and thought there was a thunderstorm, but it was the surf crashing into the shore. Additionally, the location is remote with only two nearby homes under construction, but no neighbors. The home is run by the nearby Vivo resort who provides security. Any issue we had……

“Celebrated my birthday here with 6 other adults. Felt like paradise! The house and pool are awesome! Cannot beat the ocean view. The food and drinks were delicious! Our every need was met - including kayaking on an awesome lake and hearing the blues at Fresh. The location is about 30 minute car ride outside of town so plan on needing transportation if you want to go into town. The beach in front of the house has rough waves but there are other more calm beaches in town for beach sand relaxation……

He was friendly and very accommodating. Made us feel like family. Oh and I also loved, loved the Cat Julio. I will be back just to see them both.”
