“It was an amazing stay, definitely the comfort i needed before and after doing the Patagonia Trail. The rooms are top notch and the common spaces are very cozy. “If you decide to stay here please don’t plan on doing laundry. It is not self service, it costs more than anywhere else in Chile, and they destroyed a shirt of mine so bad that I can’t wear it anymore. When I asked for a refund I was belittled in front of other guests. Honestly my entire stay there was rather unfortunate and for what you would pay you can get a really excellent room somewhere else in Puerto Natales ”

“Excellent property for before and after TDP hike. Very cozy, nice and clean. Even though there js no reception, the communication via WhatsApp is excellent, fast and expedient. It is in Spanish though, so get your translator handy. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. All the kitchen utensils are available for cooking and the major supermarket is 5 walking minutes away. Property manager allowed me to store my bad there while I was on a hike to TDP. Highly recommend the place and would stay……

“L'hébergement est très bien situé à quelques minutes de l'entrée sud du parc. Le coin est paisible et la vue sur Torres del paine est splendide lorsque ce n'est pas nuageux. Le Check-in est a 15h et pas avant (non négociable). La dame qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et nous a donné des conseils sur notre séjour. Le chauffage est une climatisation réversible qui ne chauffe pas suffisamment le soir dès que la nuit tombe (pour les plus frileux). Nous n'avons pas eu de problème d'eau……
