“Very friendly staff. Standard room was small, especially the shower, but good value for the money. Breakfast was ok. Tea and coffee all day. Great service all around. “The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hard to operate as it had separate cold and hot taps and there was no chair to relax in. The hotel said they had booked me a taxi to collect me at the airport but it wasn't there and they didn't apologise for this which I wasn't very impressed with.”

“Carlos was an excellent host. He gave us suggestions for our trip into Torres del Paine National Park and dining options in Puerto Natales nearby. We had a beautiful room with views of the mountains and breakfast was delicious with fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, eggs made to order, cheese, warm buns …. Great spot. ”
