“The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!”

“網上評級非常高，感到有點中伏！閘門關上，又沒有門鈴，想打電話搵人，擾攘一陣，職員來開門，仲覺得點解自己唔伸手入閘開門！房間在一樓要行樓梯！房間偏細、沒有景觀可言！有一陣濃濃怪味（事後，我估當地清潔劑/spray…. 因為之間改住另一間，亦有少少類似怪味）早餐6點開始，方便去百內國家公園或join local tour. ”

“Wonderful house and staff with great views ”

“Amazing service! We had booked a shuttle to take us to the airport and they forgot about us. When I told the front desk they called and complained on our behalf and got our taxi fare covered by the company. Above and Beyond! Besides that, great homey breakfast, luggage storage, comfy bed and hot shower. Was worried it might be noisy, but not at all. There's also a shared space to leave/take supplies for your trek, including stove fuel.”

“We had a wonderful time here! The receptionists were incredibly helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, and the lovely lady who prepared it was so sweet. Plus, if you have a car, there's convenient parking at the rear. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!”
