“The location is beautiful, situated across from water and mountains. The hotel experience was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodations were spacious with a nice lodge atmosphere. The weekend menu and service were impeccable. However, the weekday evening buffet offered the same food every night without any option to order from the menu. “Very nice cozy room. It happened to be a great location for our Torres del Paine tour, as we were the last to be picked up in the morning and the first to be dropped off in the afternoon. The staff was especially polite and helpful. It looks like they are repainting the exterior, which must take a beating from the wind and rain.”
