“We stayed 1 night at Kau lodge as we transitioned from Patagonia to Chiloé during our travels. We arrived on a rainy Wednesday evening, and to our surprise their cafe is closed weekly on Wednesdays. Their location is not too far from the Plaza de Armas, which has many restaurants and shops near by. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accomodate an early breakfast for us the next day. Our room was plenty of space for two, and we had an amazing view out to the gulf. Overall……

“A longer walk from the city center but we found it worth it. The place is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The views! The views at breakfast were perfect. We hope we can return one day. ”
