“The property was fantastic, and Las Gaviotas is a wonderful neighborhood. At night, the ocean and beach make great sounds, and the sunset views from the jacuzzi are stunning. Over the long weekend, the HOA brought a fresh fish taco stand/cart.”

“I've stayed in a couple different places in Gaviotas. This one is priced appropriately and would make a good first place to stay if you want to get the lay of the land without being on the hook for a bunch of money. The reviews are pretty much what you get. It can be a little noisy from the road but that's what tequila is for. All the units on that side all have the same drawbacks - noise, stairs etc. but it is what it is and Gaviotas is such a great place to stay. This is a really affordable……
