“This is a great apartment if you don't care about having all of the resort amenities. It is located in a regular neighborhood in Rocky Point. The apartment is gated and you can pull your vehicle in behind the gate so it is secure. Very clean, nice kitchen ~ has everything you need to cook and eat, it is stocked with more kitchen stuff than I have ever seen at any place I have rented from. It is very comfortable, the beds are very comfortable. Has wi-fi and netflix. The A/C works great! Much less……

My only complaint was the pans in the kitchen were old and didn't cook well, the fridge temp is not regulating so it froze some of the food and over all the condo is outdated but I think the price is low enough that it compensates for the lack of decor.”
