“Really great location and overall great pick for a few days in Seattle. The pull out bed and associated blankets/pillows smelled like they hadn’t been washed. We didn’t have a way to get extra shampoo. Bathroom was clean and full length mirror in bedroom was nice. ”

“The location was really convenient. We could walk to downtown Ballard, plus there were lots of great places within a few blocks. Our room was efficient. It would have been nice to have a chair in the room to read vs the small bench. The communal kitchen on the first floor was a nice addition. We also appreciated having a small kitchen in our room. ”

“My boyfriend & I stayed in the studio apartment w/king bed. The only negative thing is there was no blackout blinds, so it was difficult to sleep past sun rise. I reached out to customer service & they were very accommodating & moved us to the unit with a bedroom where the wall is blocking the windows. The rest of our stay was great. Very clean and felt safe in the building. ”

When we arrived for a time of solitude and study we found there was no toilet paper in the home, and several lightbulbs were burnt out making it impossible to get enough light in any area for the work we had rented it to accomplish. “Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. “The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. ”

“What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room……
