“This was a wonderful location to experience Seattle with easy, walkable access to restaraunts and attractions. Very comfortable and well appointed apartment!”

“The property, location and communication were all great! The building is secure which is also a plus. The only negative is the listing says it has air conditioning which is a stretch as there was a portable A/C in the living room (which kept that area nice and cool) but a box fan running in each bedroom (both of which were warmer than desired). You could open the windows to help bring the temps down but you then have to deal with noise from the street/neighborhood. Otherwise, everything was……

So nice having a parking space, we parked and didn't drive the car again until the end of our stay. Easy place to walk and uber to and from. Would definitely stay again!”

“Neighborhood was so cool, safe and walkable to restaurants, pier. View from penthouse was spectacular! Everything was exactly as described, easy check in and entry with door codes. Highly recommend for a stay in Seattle. We would rent again in a heartbeat! Be advised one bedroom and laundry is upstairs if anyone has mobility issues.”

“Very nice condo. Best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. Nice view of the water. Beach club pool and exercise facilities very good. The only disadvantage was that two of the bathrooms had shower heads that were not attached to the wall and the tub floors were extremely slick.”
