“Because I checked in very late, and they arranged a room at the end of corridor, and I wanted to change the room, but the staff said it was fully booked and it's the last room available. “I have to wait for half an hour for the 50 ringgit deposit receipt. It seems that the counter man not willing to issue receipt. I was given a room with no window like a prison cell.
