“Without a doubt this has been one of my best VRBO stays. The property was ready to go and when when the property owner learned we drove for over 5 hourd she even let us check in a little early. The property was set us so every room is cozy and warm and the hot tub was clean and ready for use. Miss. Gloria was a pleasure to work with and very responsive, it was nice to have her and her son so close in case we needed them right away. It rained one day and the firewood we had set out was wet so……

“This adorable apartment is located in a great spot in downtown Cape. Close to several businesses and coffee shop. Its very spacious and had lots of room to host our whole family staying there over the graduation weekend! Loved it.. just a very few concerns. 1.The floors were very dirty, they turned my husbands socks black. This may very well be due to them being real hard wood and the specific products used to clean them. 2. The steps to get in are treacherous! The are very narrow and go……

“Amazing property that we simply didn't stay long enough to enjoy in its completeness. Billiards and Putt-Putt on entry, so attractive that we started playing before we even unpacked! I'm very artsy interior, and lots of room and outdoor fire pit, multiple decks, and an in-ground pool. The home is even on the grounds, an event venue. Probably a wonderful combination for them! Would enjoy returning, but for a longer stay will you could enjoy all with the property had to offer! Highly recommend it”

“This was a virtual retreat for me. I stayed 4 nights very comfortably in a location that worked well for getting around Cape Girardeau. The neighbors were very considerate of my quiet time! The bed was very comfortable, and the space was inviting.”

“My husband and I stayed with our dog at this property and had a wonderful time! We have been to the trail many times during peak season, but decided we wanted to do something a little more lowkey and bring our dog. We spent quite a bit of time in the house, reading, watching TV cooking, and all of the amenities that we needed were there. Communication with the property owner, Steve, was also very easy and he was very responsive.Would recommend this cozy home! ”

“This place is just what we needed for our snow goose hunting camp! Place was clean and tidy and even had a pool table that made for hours of fun! Host went above and beyond to be helpful and was excellent with communication and was even kind enough to bring us some snow goose summer sausage (which was delicious)! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!!!”
