I liked the cleanliness of the room. The hotel manager is very customer friendly and considerate which made my stay at the hotel most pleasant. The hotel staff are always attentive to customer needs. The hotel is near the shopping and dining facility which is very convenient. When I make a trip to Jakarta, I can not think of……

“We borrowed a hair dryer from the hotel. The staff did not tell us to return immdtly when we borrowed it. But, the next day morning, hotel staff called us at 7:00 a.m. to get back the hair dryer. His call waked me up. It made us not happy. Towels and bedsheets have dirty mark. When we are having a shower, water comes out of the shower tub.”
