“I enjoyed my stay”

“Lovely apartment but very stuffy and hot in the corridors. Tv didn't work at all. Had a few cockroaches had to kill. Beds comfy good air conditioning easy access to a shops and transport. Swimming was nice unfortunately the sauna was never switched on but didn't need it as weather was so hot. Good communication with the owners if any problems. ”

“We had a lovely time staying here for 3 nights for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). The apartment comfortably slept us all and could easily fit a 5th person on the extra pull-out mattress. The whole place was beautifully furnished, and spacious enough to fit all our luggage. It was also very clean and anything we needed to be comfortable was provided including a washing machine, stove and oven, plates, bowls and cutlery, body wash, shampoo and towels. “When we entered the property, the door had no latch and we were worried of any forced break in. The whole studio room had urine smell all over. The bathroom had leakages on the ceiling and water from above was dripping below. The towel had a stench as well. We requested to be transferred to another room. The second room did not have all the above problems but the air con was not cold even at the most minimum temperature. In the morning when we wanted to use the iron, the iron board stand was……

“I stayed in this apartment for three nights. The apartment is in an apartment block with residential housing. The neighbours were quite noisy. Getting the keys was convoluted. The apartment was basic and run down. Facilities were very basic. The bed in the main bedroom seemed like a king size and was comfortable but too short for me. The smaller bedroom also had a short single bed. There was bath gel in the bathroom but nothing else.”

“This apartment is beyond disgusting. Upon entry there was a broken table, disgustingly stained ironing board, dirt on the chairs, mould growing on the sink and in the shower, stained curtains. The adult pool was not open. The electrics for some of the light sockets were broken, this is a health hazard, hotels.com should not be advertising this unit as it is a hazard. Shame on the owners and property management.”
