“Everything was great. We did have a little trouble with the wifi. The only other issue was the smell of the well water while showering. Otherwise, it could not have a better set up for our wedding party; access to our wedding venue was only about 15 minutes away. We were also able to simulate our rehearsal easily. The pool and hot tub were great for the chilly evenings. Thanks for a great host!”

“The most wonderful place for our family. The weather was cool On Sunday when we arrived but each day got warmer. Every sunset was different and we enjoyed each one down at Lake Michigan. I was up most mornings at 6:45 to enjoy each sunrise. As the week went forward all joined me the last morning to watch the beautiful sunrise! “Beautiful one of a kind property. The location was amazingly special. Once we got there we never left the property. The beautiful little town of Saugatuck was very close by but the house and property were so amazing we just couldn’t leave. Everything we needed was right there. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The view was like no other. We could’ve sat on the beach all day long and watched the waves and the boats come and go. We will definitely be back for an even longer stay next……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time in South Haven. This 1 bedroom cottage was perfect and the cheese and wine upon arrival were much appreciated! My only negative feedback is the couch is a little dated and uncomfortable but everything else was amazing! Super easy access to the beach with all the necessary beach equipment provided. Loved that we had access to laundry and that our dog could stay with us as well. We were permitted to use the main house’s front porch which was nice since no one was in……

“This was my first experience renting a vacation home. Best decision ever! This home was clean, huge, and so close to the beach. It had everything we needed from beach chairs, to towels, and even cute little bags of complimentary toiletries. The host was super responsive and sent great communication prior to our trip. Would stay here again for sure!!”

We had such a wonderful stay at the Roost last month we just had to come back for a last-minute, end of summer short stay (Thanks Amy!).
