“Nothing was free, unlike advertised. Pool was a P300 a day use that was not mentioned during my reservation. The self-parking was a lie too because they charged me P700 for two days of parking for the space assigned to the unit. The unit was fine but could use more cleaning and upkeep. “プールがメンテナンス中でした。 子供たちと楽しみにしていたのに残念です。 このコンドミニアムに決めたのは、ズバリプールです。でなければハノイに行く予定でした。 プールがないホテルなど、我が家にとって何の価値もありません。 小さなプールがあったので、仕方なく水着に着替えて行ったら、居住者用だと断られました。 詐欺に近いです。 また、深夜便で着いたのですが、部屋に入れてもらえず、予約のページを英語で提示しても、全く対応してもらえませんでした。 エクスペディアに電話をしたのですが、対応が遅かったです。深夜２時から５時すぎまで外のベンチに座らされたまま、暑くて気がおかしくなりなした。 妻と2人の子供の悲しそうな顔。 思い出すだけで胸が苦しくなります。 トラウマになりそうです。 以上２点。５５年の人生で最低最悪の旅になりました。 時間とお金を返して欲しいです。 ハノイに行けばよかった。 悔しくて情けないです。”
